Welcome to the weekly Design Dispatch. This week we're talking extra guac, Bay Area Bluegrass, and why you should order yourself some flowers this month.

DESIGN NEWS:

Chipotle is making the most of food waste with a new line of sustainable clothing using avocado pits to create the natural dye used for them, all the more reason to ask for extra guac.

Tia Mowry is collaborating with Etsy on a new collection that is co-produced with nine Etsy sellers, spanning ceramics to throw pillows the line is filled with little touches to elevate your home in simple neutral palette with plenty of black and white.

LOCAL INTEREST:

San Francisco's beloved Hardly Strictly Music Festival will be going online this year, October 2-4, and will combine music from past celebrations with newly recorded performances.

This month Farmgirl Flowers will be donating $10 of the purchase price of their "August with Heart: National Action Network" to the National Action Network, a civil rights organization. So, order an arrangement to brighten up your own home because, who are we kidding, we could all use a pick me up about now, or send some blooms to a loved one.

That concludes our weekly Design Dispatch. If there is anything you would like to add to the list, feel free to leave a comment below, and if you have a tip for a future column, feel free to drop us a line.
