Still Haven't Done Your Shopping? Gift a Subscription

When it comes to last-minute gifts, subscription services are a great way to show a bit more thoughtfulness than a gift card, and they are much less likely to linger in the back of someone’s wallet for the next five years. With a plethora of options to choose from, you can be sure to find one that suits your recipient to a "T"; be it small batch roasted beans for the coffee nerd on your list or a box of arrange-it-yourself blooms for, well... I wouldn't mind if someone sent those my way. Here are a few of our top picks.

1. Bespoke Post

I actually gifted this to my husband recently, and he was genuinely excited to pick out the boxes for himself. The items were all stylish, high quality, a good value at the subscription price and it's a great way to discover small indie brands. The shop portion of the site has become my go-to anytime I get stuck when picking out a gift for a guy (which is every time.) $45+

2. Blue Bottle Coffee

That's right, not only can you avoid the lines at Blue Bottle's iconic outposts in SF but they will ship it to your door... on a schedule. May you never run out of coffee again. I'm going to go ahead and recommend this one for any new parents in your life, trust me, they will appreciate it. $72 for 3 mo

3. Bloom Box by Matilda’s Magnolias

Ok, let's get real here. Flowers are usually a pretty safe bet, but there is a curve from drugstore flowers to the boutique bouquet... give your recipient creative control with curated boxes of blooms complete with cards containing tips that will have them creating gorgeous arrangements in no time. $39+

4. Little Poppy Co

From bitty babes on up, there's nothing cuter than a bow on a little gal. If you happen to have one on your list score major points with these beautifully crafted bows, sent out in sets to match the seasons. $12 mo

5. Chatbooks x Rife Paper Co

While not technically a gift subscription, I love the idea of gifting a set of these automated photo albums to a new parent (or even grandparent), and the Rife Paper Co designed covers would display beautifully on a shelf.  $144 for 12, Gift Cards available for purchase through the app.
